3. Usage within bundle

A detailed overview of usage within your bundle. The total amount is always €0.

4. Usage outside bundle

5. Third-party services

Charges from other providers billed through your DIGI invoice (e.g., premium numbers, premium SMS, mobile payments).

How our billing works

DIGI uses prepaid billing, which means you pay your subscription in advance for the full month. Any usage charges are billed afterwards.

Example: in September, you pay the subscription for September + any usage from August.

Why is my first invoice higher than my subscription?

DIGI issues invoices between the 8th and 12th of each month. If you activate your subscription after this period, your first invoice will include both the previous month’s costs and the full current month.

Example 1: Subscription starts before billing period

  • Start date: 5 July
  • First invoice in July includes pro-rated subscription for 5-31 July (e.g., €4.19)
  • From August onward: full subscription for current month + any usage from previous month

Example 2: Subscription starts after billing period

  • Start date: 14 July
  • First invoice in August includes:
    • Pro-rated subscription for 14-31 July (e.g., €2.74)
    • Full subscription for August
    • Any usage from July
  • From September onward: full subscription for current month + any usage from previous month

How do I pay my invoice?

You can pay your DIGI invoices using one of these methods:

  • Direct debit: Payments are processed automatically.
  • Bank transfer: You make the transfer manually after receiving your invoice.
  • MyDIGI: You log in to MyDIGI and pay your invoice with a single click.

What happens if my direct debit fails?

If you're using direct debit, please ensure there's enough money in your account for the payment to be processed correctly.

We make 2 attempts to collect the payment*. If the second attempt fails, your direct debit will be rejected, and you'll receive an email/SMS with instructions to pay via MyDIGI or bank transfer.

*Important remark: The first failed attempt is free. After the second failure within 6 months, a penalty of €9 will apply.

Premium numbers: how do they work?

Premium services are provided by third-party service providers:

  • Premium calls (090x, 07x): Calls for games, information, entertainment, etc.
  • Premium SMS: Text messages for games, information, entertainment, etc.
  • One-off purchases/subscriptions: Via text, app stores or TV for tickets, apps, games, Netflix, etc.
  • Other premium services: For sports videos, games, etc. (e.g., LifeFootball, Veedz, Rougeplay).

The cost of these services is not included in your subscription and is charged based on usage. DIGI collects the amount on behalf of the supplier and transfers it to them.

We’re all different, fortunately.
