We were made aware of the unintended spread of personal information of DIGI clients to third parties. Upon learning of this, we took immediate action to prevent further data leaks and ensured that the exposed data was removed from the White Pages. Simultaneously, we informed the Data Protection Authority and all other relevant parties about the incident.

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. Therefore, because of the nature of the incident, we are implementing additional measures to enhance our internal processes to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.

Customers who wish to consult their listing preferences or published information can do so via the Central Number Database at www.centralnumberdatabase.be/en. This is the database where all operators are required to register their customers' addresses for use by emergency services.
