What is a subscription transfer?

How should I inform DIGI of my move?
- Your customer number
- Your new address
- Your moving date
- The first and last name of the previous tenant at your new address
How do I prepare for the installation when moving?
- If you live in an apartment building, make sure your name is on the doorbell and you have access to technical areas and the electrical meter (e.g., garage, basement, laundry room).
- Please keep in mind that you (or another responsible adult) need to be at home during the appointment.
- Ensure that the TV and power outlets are easily accessible, as our technicians will not move furniture.
- If you have any devices that need to be connected to WiFi, ensure they are charged. Our technician will help you with the connection.
- On the day of your appointment, you’ll be notified of the technician’s arrival by SMS or call on your mobile.
- If the appointment no longer works for you, you can reschedule it through MyDIGI.
