Mobile data not working while travelling outside Belgium?

🛈 Please note: We don’t offer roaming in all countries. First check the list of unsupported countries at the bottom of this page to see if your country is included.

Check the instructions below for your operating system.

iOS

➡️ If you have an iPhone.

Step 1: Check your APN settings

Go to Settings
Select Mobile Data
Select Mobile Data Network
Scroll down to the bottom and tap Reset Settings

Then fill in the following fields:

Mobile Data:
- Name: DIGI
- APN: web
- Leave all other fields blank

Personal Hotspot:
- Name: DIGI
- APN: web
- Leave all other fields blank

Step 2: Check your VoLTE setting

Not every phone supports VoLTE, but if yours does, we recommend enabling it. VoLTE can give you a more stable connection while abroad.

To enable VoLTE:

Go to Settings
Select Mobile Data
Select Mobile Data Options
Select Voice & Data
Select 4G (or LTE) and make sure VoLTE is enabled

Android

➡️If you have a Samsung, Google, Motorola, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, older Huawei, or another brand.

Step 1: Check your APN settings

Go to Settings
Select Connections
Select Mobile Networks
Select Access Point Names
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Reset to default
Tap + to add a new APN:
- Name: DIGI
- APN: web
- Leave all other fields as they are
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Save

Step 2: Check your VoLTE setting

Not every phone supports VoLTE, but if yours does, we recommend enabling it. VoLTE can give you a more stable connection while abroad.

To enable VoLTE:

Go to Settings
Select Connections or Network & Internet
Go to Mobile Networks or SIM & Network
Look for VoLTE calls or 4G calls
Switch to ON

Device-specific instructions:

Samsung: Settings à Connections à Mobile Networks à VoLTE calls à Switch to ON
Xiaomi: Settings à SIM Cards & Mobile Networks à Select SIM à Enable ‘Use VoLTE’
Huawei: Settings à Mobile Network à Mobile Data à Enable VoLTE calls
Motorola: Settings à Network & Internet à Mobile Network à Advanced à Enable VoLTE calls

Tip: If you are travelling to one of these destinations, we recommend using a local SIM or eSIM to stay connected.
