Mobile data not working while travelling outside Belgium?
Don’t worry, we’ll guide you step by step.
For Android Step 1: Check your DIGI STK setting When you insert your SIM card, the DIGI STK app is automatically installed on your phone. We have to types of SIM cards, each with a slightly different menu: SIM type A (light blue):
DIGI BE list: Albania, Austria, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Colombia, Congo, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guatemala, Guinea, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mauritania, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

If your mobile data still isn’t working after Step 1, continue with Step 2. Step 2: Set up your APN
8. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Save Leave all other fields as they are. Step 3: Check your VoLTE settings (optional) Not every phone supports VoLTE, but if yours does, we recommend enabling it. VoLTE can give you a more stable connection while abroad.
