Unplug the power cable, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. The box may take a couple of minutes to restart.
Make sure the power cable is securely connected to your DIGI Internet Box.
- Check the Wi-Fi activation
Ensure that your WiFi is switched on in the settings of your DIGI Internet Box.
- Check the connection of your DIGI Internet Box
Confirm that your DIGI Internet Box is properly connected to the internet. You can check the status on the device's indicator lights.
- Check your Wi-Fi credentials
Check if you used the correct password. The name and password are easy to find on your DIGI Internet Box.
- Check the positioning of your DIGI Internet Box
Place your box in a central location with no obstructions (e.g., not in a cupboard or under a couch), and keep it upright on the provided stand.
