I'm abroad, and my roaming isn't working. What should I do?

If you're in a country where roaming is available* but still experiencing issues, try these steps:

For Android:

  1. Open the DIGI STK app (this should have installed automatically when you inserted your DIGI SIM.).
  2. Select ‘RBroker’.
  3. Under ‘Account Selection’, choose ‘Manual’.
  4. In the ‘Country’ menu, select ‘DIGI Sponsor’.

For iPhone:

  1. Open your Settings
  2. Go to ‘Mobile Service’ > ‘SIM Applications’ > ‘RBroker’.
  3. Under ‘Account Selection’, choose ‘Manual’.
  4. In the ‘Country’ menu, select ‘DIGI Sponsor’.

⚠️ Important: When you return to Belgium, don’t forget to switch your settings back from ‘Manual’ to ‘Automatic’ to use your mobile data.

*DIGI offers roaming in most countries, except for the following: Algeria, Bhutan, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Eritrea, Falkland Islands Malvinas, Liberia, Libya, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Somalia, Swaziland/Kingdom of Eswatini, Venezuela, and Yemen.

How do I activate my SIM card?

  • Keep your mobile number
  1. Keep your old SIM card in your phone and call 0 800 41 001 to start the transfer process.
  2. Please keep in mind that the transfer may take up to 24 hours to complete, weekends not included.
  3. Once the transfer is complete, your old SIM card will lose its connection. Now, insert your new DIGI SIM card into your phone.
  4. Set up mobile data by configuring the APN settings. You can find the instructions here.

 
  • New DIGI number
  1. Insert your DIGI SIM card into your phone.
  2. Call 0800 41 001 and follow the instructions to activate your SIM card.

  • Multiple SIM cards?
If you ordered multiple SIM cards, go to MyDIGI. Under 'My Products', you will find your mobile offers and the link between your numbers and their ICCID (SIM card serial number).
 

Why don't I have a voicemail?

The voicemail service is used less and less and is being replaced by other services. Many users now prefer messaging apps like WhatsApp which offer voice messaging capabilities without the need for a traditional voicemail service.

How does billing work?

DIGI uses a pre-billing system, which means you're charged in advance for your subscription. Here's how it works:

Example 1: New subscription

  • You subscribe on 15/04.
  • Your first invoice will include:
    -Prorated subscription fee for 15/04 to 30/04 (e.g., €10/month = €5 for the first half of the month)*.
    -Consumption during 15/04 to 30/04.
    -Full subscription fee for 01/05 to 31/05 (e.g., €10).
  • Your second invoice will show:
    -Consumption during 01/05 to 31/05.
    -Full subscription fee for 01/06 to 30/06 (e.g., €10).

*Important remark: If you have a DIGI Mobile offer, your data will also be prorated (e.g., if you have 15 GB, you will have 7.5 GB for 15/04 to 30/04).

Example 2: Cancelling your contract

  • You cancel on 20/11.
  • Your last invoice will include the consumption for 01/11 to 20/11.

How do I log in to my MyDIGI account?

New customer

When you become a customer, you will need to create an account during the ordering process.
 

Existing customer

  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your DIGI profile.
  3. Enter your chosen password.
 
Forgot your password? Click 'Forgot password' to set a new one.

How do I activate my mobile network?

 

iPhone Setup

1. Insert your SIM card into your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Mobile Data.
4. Make sure Mobile Data is switched on.
5. Tap Mobile Data Network.
6. Set the Mobile Data APN to: web
       -Username: Leave the field empty
       -Password: Leave the field empty
7. Restart your device as soon as everything is configured.

Android Setup

1. Insert your SIM card into your device.
2. Go to the Home screen.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Connections.
5. Select Mobile Data Usage and make sure Mobile Data is switched on. (If it's already on, press the back button.)
6. Tap Mobile Networks.
7. Go to Access Point Names (APN).
8. If you have multiple SIM cards, select the DIGI SIM card.
9. Tap the + symbol to add a new APN. The information you need to fill in can be found below.
