Are there installation costs for 5G Home Internet?
Yes. There is a one-time installation fee of €40 for setting up 5G Home Internet. This fee will be charged on your next invoice after the installation has taken place.
This installation fee covers:
- The technician visit
- Installation of the 5G outdoor antenna
- Cabling and connection to the Wi-Fi 6 router
- Testing and activation of the service
Can I have more than one 5G Home Internet subscription?
You can have a maximum of one 5G Home Internet subscription per address, and a maximum of two 5G Home Internet subscriptions per customer.
Please note: 5G Home Internet is only available at addresses where:
- our fiber network is not yet available, and
- there is sufficient DIGI 5G coverage.

Download and Upload Speed
The download and upload speeds depend on your IT hardware, your internal cabling, and router.
The download speed at home depends mainly on the distance between the connection point and the exchange. The speeds stated are available when connecting via a cable. The speeds may be lower when using a Wi-Fi connection.
Unlimited Internet Volume
The DIGI Unlimited Internet offers are solely for private and personal use. The unlimited nature of the service cannot be assured, particularly in cases of fraud, dishonest usage, usage infringing the rights of third parties, particularly the intellectual property of third parties, or use that constitutes an abuse within the meaning of case law.

Unlimited Mobile offers
The DIGI Unlimited Mobile offers are solely intended for normal, personal and private use. This normal usage allows the customer to make intensive use of the services provided by DIGI. Usage that exceeds a total of 6,000 min/month and 6,000 SMS/month or 500 SMS /day or sending SMS to more than 250 different recipients per month is considered to be abnormal. In case of exceeding this rule, the usage is blocked and no additional cost is applied.
Data
Data usage is calculated per KB. In Belgium and in the European Union, once the volume of data included in your offer is attained, the extra data consumption will be charged at €0.0006 per MB(or €0.6 per GB). Unused minutes, SMS and data cannot be carried forward to the following month.
